A month into the new year and the outlook for homes is looking good. We continue to see interest in our homes and our factories are ready to build. The factories have also released all of the changes in options and pricing for the year. Most recently, our Adventure Homes factory exhibited five homes at the 2024 Louisville Manufactured Housing show in January.
