To protect our employees and customers, our Des Moines office is closed to walk-in traffic. The Iowa Falls office is operating normally.
Model homes will remain open for self service viewing with brochures and literature inside 9 AM – 5 PM Monday through Saturday. We are cleaning door handles and other high touch areas daily.
In person meetings/in office meetings are by appointment only.
Online meetings will happen as normal, including drawing floor plans, project estimates, and options planning.
Keep in mind, that if you are ordering for a spring build, the factories are about 6 months out. So, roughly speaking, ordering now, means you get a house built and shipped in Mid-March. Order in a month, and a get a house in mid-April.
