Happy New Year! Everyone at Sunrise Housing is wishing you all the best for the new year. If that includes purchasing a new home, we are ready and eager to help you. While the demand for homes isn’t as high as a year ago, we have several homes sold for 2023 deliveries and are already into the summer for estimated set dates.
We’ve also been restocking our locations with new display homes and more are on the way. If you haven’t visited our locations in a while, we’ve probably got a home or two you haven’t seen.
Our factories are seeing the material availability improve and have even begun to make changes to some of their options again. If you started working on a home in the past, some options may have changed.
If you aren’t looking at buying this year, but might be interested in 2024, it is never too early to start to process. We many not be able to give you an exact price or know what options and upgrades may be available for a home that far out, but we can give you a basic idea of the cost and we can start working on the floor plan for your perfect home.
