Inspired by Rochester Home’s Avery design, which uses a tag unit, and turns the end gable to be the “front” of the house, creating a stunning exterior dimension and a unique interior layout. We made a few changes, incorporating an up/down stair location central to the house flow, a half bath next to the garage entry, and washer/dryer moved to a more accessible location to the bedrooms.
